How much does it cost to hire a function room?
There is no room hire fee, just a minimum spend on food and drinks: $4,000 for the Queen Street Ballroom and $2,000 for the Whisky Bar. Download our function packages (PDF).
How many guests do the function rooms hold?
The Queen Street Ballroom holds 120 standing or 80 seated. The Whisky Bar holds 50 standing or 30 seated.
What drinks packages do you offer?
The Classic (house wines, beers, cider, soft drinks): $58 / $68 / $78 per person for 2 / 3 / 4 hours. The Crowd Pleaser (adds base spirits): $78 / $90 / $100. The Top Shelf (premium spirits and wines, all tap beers): $98 / $110 / $120. A bar tab or subsidised drinks can also be arranged. All guests must be on the same package.

Can we decorate the room?
Yes, you’re welcome to decorate your space and we’re happy to help. Glitter, table scatters and confetti aren’t allowed.
Can children attend?
Yes, guests under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian until midnight.
Can I visit the function space before deciding?
Certainly. Let us know your preferred date and time and we’ll arrange a visit.
